For delivery before the Holidays place your order no later than December 18 at 3 pm.

Free shipping on orders over 1.000 SEK

Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. Orders submitted on weekdays before 3 pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders submitted over a weekend or Danish public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

We cannot offer delivery on a special day or time as all orders are processed chronologically.

Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 2023 can be returned until January 20 2024. 

As a customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. Your right of cancellation applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a ParcelShop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant ParcelShop.

If you would like to exchange an item for another one, you must return the item and submit a new order on our website.
