Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. Orders submitted on weekdays before 3 pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders submitted over a weekend or Danish public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
We cannot offer delivery on a special day or time as all orders are processed chronologically.

As a customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. Your right of cancellation applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a ParcelShop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant ParcelShop.
