Orders submitted on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders submitted over a weekend or Danish public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

We cannot offer delivery on a special day or time as all orders are processed chronologically.

Register your return here. After your registration, you will receive a return label via e-mail. Return cost 75 SEK per request, which is discounted from the refund amount.

As a customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. Your right of cancellation applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a ParcelShop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant ParcelShop. 

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or another product, you can speed up the process by placing a new order online whilst returning your item.
