Create a return

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive your order. The product(s) you wish to return must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must return the item and place a new order on our website.

Follow the instructions below for easy, cheap and quick returns.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• Easily create your return via the link 'Create a return' further down.
• Pack the delivery note from the package as well as the products you want to return. It is important that the delivery note is included so that we can see who we must repay the money to.
• Attach the return label sent to your e-mail to your shipment. Please note that old package labels must not be visible.
• Hand in the package to the carrier indicated on the return label.
• You bear the costs of your return shipment yourself. When returning through our return portal, a label only costs SEK XX. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND

You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have received your return in our warehouse. The returned goods will be offset by SEK XX for the package label and refunded within 14 working days of receipt.

We carry out repayment via the same means of payment that you used when you placed your order.
