We hope you’re happy with your purchase – if not, you’re welcome to return it for a refund.

You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you (or someone at your address) receive the order. For ParcelShop deliveries, the period begins on the delivery date.

Register your return here. A return label will be sent to you via email. The return cost is 95 SEK and will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order on our website.
